Vivace Radiofrequency Microneedling

Clinical Overview

Vivace® RF Microneedling is a next-generation, non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment that combines precision microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to improve skin firmness, tone, and texture. By delivering controlled heat energy deep into the dermis through 36 gold-tipped, insulated needles, the treatment triggers a healing response that stimulates collagen and elastin production while refining pores and smoothing fine lines.

This dual-action technology enhances skin quality and elasticity, offering a safe and effective solution for facial and body concerns with minimal downtime.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Patients experiencing mild to moderate skin laxity, wrinkles, and uneven texture
  • Individuals with enlarged pores, post-acne scarring, or dull, fatigued skin
  • Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and mature skin
  • Ideal for patients seeking gradual, natural-looking results without injectables or surgery

Treatment Protocol

Skin Assessment and Consultation:

A thorough consultation is conducted to assess skin health, identify treatment areas, and customise depth and RF settings based on your skin’s needs. Pre-treatment photographs are taken to track progress.

Topical Anaesthesia:

A numbing cream is applied to the treatment area for 10–15 minutes to ensure a comfortable experience.

Vivace Procedure:

The Vivace device is applied in overlapping passes across the treatment zones. Each pulse delivers RF energy through fine microneedles at controlled depths ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm. This promotes dermal remodelling by encouraging new collagen and elastin synthesis while tightening the existing tissue.

Application of Serums or Exosomes (Optional):

Depending on the treatment goal, specialised post-procedure serums—such as hyaluronic acid or exosome boosters—may be applied to accelerate healing and enhance results.

Protective Finishing:

A barrier recovery cream and broad-spectrum SPF are applied. Full aftercare instructions are reviewed.

Total treatment time: approximately 90 minutes

  • Visible improvements begin within 3–4 weeks, with continued enhancement in skin tightness, clarity, and texture over several months.
