4. You will see 136 Phaneromenis Ave on your left.

From Nicosia:

1. From the Rizoelia Junction go straight towards Aradippou
2. At the New GSZ Stadium (Kleima) roundabout, turn right
3. Go straight into  George Christouloudi Avenue 
4. At the K Cineplex round about go straight
5. Stay on the Phaneromeni Avenue
6. You will see 136 Phaneromenis Ave on your left.
